One of the benefits of our product is that it can be recycled! Please help us recycle the components of your kit by sending it back, once your health professional has advised you that your monitoring program has been completed.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR KIT:

  1. Use the prepaid FedEx shipping label included in your kit

  2. Pack up the contents of your SimpleSense kit (sash, module, module charger, spray bottles) in the original box

  3. Place the box in the Nanowear branded poly bag included in your kit, attach FedEx shipping label to the outside

  4. Drop off package at any FedEx location, Walgreens, or select Dollar General Stores.  You can also schedule a pick-up at FedEx.com if you have a FedEx account.
