Common Questions:

The app says “Searching for module.”
Ensure Bluetooth is on, your SimpleSense module is charged and powered on, and the garment is connected to the module.

I can’t sign in.
Accounts are provided by your care team. Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, or contact your clinician’s office.

Where are the instructions?
The Help & Settings tab includes the quick start video, wearing guide, and full user manual.
